The Real Madrid ace is being associated with a possible swap deal – probably a loan – with misfiring international colleague Adriano. And now Nerazzurri owner Massimo Moratti has sensationally left the door open for his former employee to make a shock return.
“Conversations are underway with Real Madrid, but we are not pushing to close the deal,” Moratti told Sky Italia. “I admit that the move has been in the air in the past few weeks and I am not surprised to read the news today. “I can’t say that I am sure that we will reach an agreement though. Our will is not the only one that counts in this case, there is another club involved and they may not agree with our plans. In any case, neither one of us are speeding up the process.” |
