Chopra rejects Indian call up

The young forward is eligible to play for the Asian country but has declined an informal invitation to join up with the squad.

The Indian federation is currently scouring the worlds professional leagues for players with Indian origins in the hope of attracting them to play for the country.

They are currently eyeing a centre back who plays in Holland amongst others in the hopes of taking the country forward.
