Contract talks have been ongoing throughout the Summer with no finishing touch and witht the season starting today Lampard insisted on freezing talks untill the end of the season, prompting transfer specualtion. However Lampard has claimed in the past he wants to spend the rest of his career at Chelsea and this fact is keeping Mourinho calm.
