Chelsea do not sign Alves....yet

Chelsea did say they were very intrested in the Brazillian though and do want to tie up a deal for him.

Reports in Spanish papers say that the defender had signed for the Blues for £24.5 million - rumours that Mourinho was quick to rubbish. However the fact that Alves mised Valencia's Champion's Leauge qualification game against AEK Athens has added fuel to the rumours.
