Fagan appeals desicison

The two players collided on the sidelines during Derby's 6-0 defeat to the hands of Liverpool with the striker accused to have stamped on the defender. The referee did not see the incident so the descision has to go through the FA. The appeal will now go to the FA with Fagan giving his case on Thursday. If found guilty the ex-Hull striker will face a three mqatch ban.

In further bad news for Derby strikers new signing Kenny Miller is out of the next two Scotlan internationals between France and Lithuania with a hamstring prblem.
