| Top four all win
It remains very tight at the top of the Bundesliga after the top 4 all recorded victories this weekend. Schalke stay top, they beat Bochum 2-1 in "the ruhr valley derby" on friday night.Werder Bremen are 2nd after a 3-0 home win against Arminia Bielefeld ,Miroslav Klose netting 2 of the goals,3rd placed Stuttgart won 1-0 at home against Borrusia Munchengladbach whilst 4th placed Bayern Munich had to come from behind to win 1-2 at Hamburg.
Standings: 1st Schalke 29 pts,2nd Werder Bremen 27, 3rd VfB Stuttgart 27,4th Bayern Munich 26
