| Sampdoria lose keeper to broken wrist Sampdoria goalkeeper Gianluca Berti will be out of action for two months after breaking his wrist during the win against Reggina.
The 39-year-old sustained the injury on his 500th professional appearance whilst starring in the weekend away win, with an x-ray after the match confirming the fracture.
The veteran had started the last five games after taking over between the sticks from Luca Castellazzi.
Berti had kept clean sheets in his last three matches, helping Sampdoria climb in to ninth spot in Serie A. |
