| doesn't really matter whether it was a religious flag on not, he was taunting Rangers fans with it. if you're a player and you taunt the opposing fans, then that can send a message to your side's supporters that it's OK to do so as well - and since the main divide between them is religious-based, then that's going to open up the floodgates to sectarianism. |
