| Porto champions again
FC Porto won the Portuguese title for the 4th time in 5 years with a 4-1 win at home against Desp. Aves
Sporting finished 2nd after they beat Belenenses 4-0 , with Porto being held 1-1 at half time Sporting were 45 mins from the title but it wasn't to be.
Benfica also won 2-0 against Académica but 3rd place is unacceptable for them and I don't think Fernando Santos will survive as coach.
Sporting face Belenenses in the cup final next sunday.

1st Porto 69 pts, 2nd Sporting 68, 3rd Benfica 67
