| also i think the english police and clubs had alot to do with the prob stoping.. they put prices up witch stoped most of the drunks stay out and in the pub.. they treated holigans worst than a mugger or drug dealer with harder sentences and prob the biggest thing was the rave scene and the drugs that came with it.. |
