| Mancienne extends Rangers stay
QPR have signed Chelsea defender Michael Mancienne on a season's loan after his successful spell at Loftus Road last term.
The 19-year-old impressed everyone at Rangers during his seven months on loan during the 2006/07 campaign, and Rs boss John Gregory has now taken him back to the club.
Gregory said: "Michael had an outstanding period with us last season.
"I would like to pay a special debt of gratitude to Chelsea for allowing Michael to continue his footballing education with us.
"If he makes the progress this season as he did last season, we can expect even greater things from him." |
