| i don't need to know their names - especially obscure Norwegian sides. i'm quite happy referring to a speedy wee guy on the left wing as 'the speedy wee guy on the left wing', or whatever. if i did need to know their names, then i could refer to the squad list they show at the start, and pick it up from there, or the on-screen graphic when a player is subbed or booked.
you don't get commentators pointing out the names of all the players at the game, why do you need it on TV? |
