Celtic look like they may offload Adam Virgo to Sheffield Utd. Did he get a fair crack of the whip or was he a dud from the start?
Personally he never looked like a player to me from the start. Makes you wonder why Strachan signed him in the first place. Was it the old pals act with McGee, lining Brighton's coffers' with Celtic's cash?
Strachan seems to have an eye for a player, Nakamura for example, but you have to question that same eye when he not only signs a dumpling like Virgo but compounds the ****-up further by spending £1.5m on said dumpling. |
