| Harper's diarrhoea disaster
James Harper has revealed he gave himself diarrhoea during Reading's 1-0 win over Derby on Sunday after under-cooking his pre-match fry-up.
Harper treats himself to a full English before every Premier League game - but this time the midfielder botched his bangers.
Harper said: "I have a fry up before every game. I usually go to Sainsbury's or Asda but on Sunday I did one for myself. But I did not cook the sausages enough and I had the s***s and felt sick.
"I thought I was going to die and could not even run.

I thought I'd have to come off at half-time, but in the second half I started to feel better.
"I had to go home and cook more sausages just to prove I could do it right.
"I used to have porridge before games but now I have bacon, eggs and sausages - a mega breakfast. People will say it is not good preparation but I feel great on it." |
