| Butterworth: We can cope Assistant boss Ian Butterworth has backed Town's strikers to fill the void left by the suspended Ian Moore at leaders Swansea on Saturday.Moore - who has scored five times since his summer switch from Leeds - will sit out the game as he serves a one-match ban but Butterworth insists Pools are not fazed by the 31-year-old's absence.
"It is a blow to lose Ian - he has been playing well and he has scored a few goals," Butterworth told the Hartlepool Mail.
"But we have not been relying on one player to score goals this season, we have spread them around.
"Richard Barker has a few, Joel Porter is in great form, as is James Brown and the likes of David Foley and Michael Mackay have weighed in with a couple as well at times." |
