| I Would Say The Oppurtunities For Youngsters Are There It's Wether Enough Want To Do It As Green Spaces Seem To Be Replaced By Houses And More Signs Forbidding Ball Sports Are Increasing, Footballs Biggest Problem At The Moment Is How The Wealth Is Spread Throughout The Leagues As Only Few Teams Get It Ie The Top Four And Then The Mini League After That And The Lower Leagues Suffer As A Result As They Can't Afford To Offer The Same Facilities As Those In The Prem, Dave Jones At Cardiff Was Quoted As Saying The Facilities At Cardiff Have Cost Him Signings As Other Teams Have Better Ones.
