| Vidic to Miss Out For Serbia and Montenegro
Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic will miss his countries opening World Cup match against Holland tomorrow.
Coach Ilija Petkovic will have to shuffle his first choice team for the opening match.
The centre-back is suspended after being sent off in their last qualifier against Bosnia. With strong opposition in the group Serbia and Montenegro must take something from the game if they are to have a chance of qualifying from the group stages. They also face Argentina and Ivory Coast in their group.
Vidic said “Of course I am unhappy I’m missing the game but if we play like we did in qualifying, we won’t disappoint our nation.
