Just an idea I've picked up. A representative for each team writes a semi-regular diary of their club and their current situation so as to let other people what is going on. It's Fan's eye view of their club from the people that know it best.

Obviously I take Tottenham. Another aspect to it is that it has no replies to it so it is just the poster's forum.

It could be a place where all fans of the club post however not in conversation with one another but in a purely declarative manner.

I prefer this and we can open up the club's sub-forum [linked from the league that they are in] for thoughts and comments from the individual fans.
