vCash: 500 | he basically wants Celtics name to be there or there abouts when they start discussing a European league. I dont think this will matter as if their ever is a european leaguie it will consist of about 6 spanish teams, 6 italian and 20 english teams and the rest will all be put into a lower league. I dont think it helps anyone to discuss this stuff. It achieves very little in terms of progressing any European League idea and it damages the scottish leagues reputation. He's doing his bit for the money men by saying that if we do sign foreign players we should exploit the oppertunities in the players country, which we already do. To tell you the truth this sort of stuff helps Celtics name when you are going into new markets such as Japan but for Celtic thier worldwide name is based on the amount of ex-pats spread all over the world that have grown up with the stories about the club. I think that will always be there. |
