Italian teams

Working to the same logicas the UEFA Cup did should not all Italian teams now be banned from the Champions Leauge in a similar way to which Feyenoord were banned from UEFA. Does that not mean that Celtic should technically be through on a bye. Would be intresting to see what happens. I should imagine their is quite a sussicnt chance that they will have to play behind closed doors at Milan - this is surely the best chance that celtic have ever had to unsettle the big team.

I don'tthink so after all Feyenord were banned as their fans rioted in Nancy other dutch teams were not banned so by that logic only Catania & Palermo should be banned but Catania weren't in europe this season and Palermo are already out ,perhaps they should be banned next season if they qualify.

I saw on channel 4's italian football website that Uefa have stated that there will be no santions against Italian teams.
