vCash: 500 | Understood your post mate but, I think everyone's so fed up with the chairman, CEO, manager & players because so much is said but little delivered it's a struggle for all those to keep believing. Crunch match next Tuesday against Swansea then follwed by Bristol Rovers both at home....so here's to hoping & praying ![]() |

vCash: 465 | i'm a bit puzzled by that you have had a degree of sucess in the past twenty years whereas us long suffering toon fans have to go back to the fifties and sixties for any kind of success yet we sell out a 50000 odd xapacity stadium out most if not every week and fill it with noise yet forest fans don't seem that bothered wether you have succcess but winge when you don't get it, i went to see forest last season and found out that one of your promtion rivals was losing told a cpuple of people and they wern't bothered with that kind of attitude from the fans sucess will be hard as they don't seem bothered it's as if they expect to be dissappointed and that's not what i'd call support. |

vCash: 500 | we were spoiled for a number of years (18) before, apart from 1959, nothing, and since 1990 nothing to shout about. I think our fans have been very loyal since being in L1 & before that in the championship. I freely admit that Newcastle is an exceptional fan base & attendance level which, apart from Man u is the envy of every club up & down the country. Your generalisation of our support is way wide of the mark, our supporters are passionate about their club & do care. I find it insulting that not for the first time you've harped on about the lack of noise / atmosphere at our ground, I suspect your comparing to St James park right? You need to look closer to home before commenting on our clubs supporters. Allardyce is an example of disgraceful treatment of a manager By "fans" Chants of "you don't know what your doing" is wrong. Let's wait & see if Keegan can deliver what you all expect. I hope he does, as you say, you've won bugger all in years & it's about time a big coub like Newcastle should be able to open up the trophy cabinet once in a while. I'm not after an arguement & do not come on chat sites to cause bad feelings etc. |

vCash: 465 | Point Taken But Many Years Ago I Used To Live In Shrewsbury And Was A Loyal Supporter Of Shrewsbury There Was A Better Atmosphere And More Noise At A 5000 Capacity Stadium Than Yours And I Also Went To All The Away Games In The Lower Leagues Ie Now L1 And L2 And The Fans Were Noisy All Round The Ground Not Just Certain Parts, While I Appreciate Your Point Of View I'm Not Just Basing My Opinions On Prem Grounds But Like You Say I'm Not Hear To Cause Bad Feeling So I Will Refrain From Mentioning The Topic Again |

vCash: 500 | I've just read my post again & feel it's a bit OTT. Sorry about that, sometimes the red mist decends. Anyway, on a lighter note, we managed to avoid defeat yesterday....by not playing !! I was in a pub lastnight with 2 TV screens trying to watch Liverpool & your lads Newcastle. Must admit to concentrating more on the fascinating tie between Liverpool & Havant. Good show by the non league boys never the less. Problem was sitting near an Arsenal 'fan'....irratating is not the word !! |

vCash: 500 | Surprisingly just read that CC has told Neil Lennon he can leave IMO old heads will be crucial in the run in for promotion. On the other hand, can see getting someone who's on 10K a week off the wage bill if they're not playing. |

vCash: 465 | yes they do tend to be above themselves, once again the toon can't last a match, as for lennon if he has another personal problem do you need that kind of situation surprised by your lack of activity in the tw though feel the chairman seems to hold you back. |

vCash: 500 | The chairman, to be fair, has put his money where his mouth is & has backed CC in the market. Coventry are holding out for 2 mill & now a new target from Scotland, I think Dundee United but not 100% sure. Again, we offered 850,000 for him but his club want more than a million. For a league 1 club these 2 transfer fees are massive & this is what worries me. As for Lennon. I'm not sure if he still has these personal problems with his wife still being up in Scotland. He is back down in Nottingham now & available for selection. He's not getting a game because the guys who replaced him during his absence did quite well. |

vCash: 465 | if the chairman was really serious then he should give cc the money, as last season proved you were lightweight in mid and up front and it eventually cost you so i think he should and then see if you can catch up with swansea. |

vCash: 500 | 1-1 draw with Leeds at Elland road is a reasonable result...I suppose. Once again take the lead but cannot hold onto it for long. Now 15-16 points behind Swansea & 6 behind Doncaster. This season is rapidly turning out like last season faltering at the end again. I still don't agree spending money like that in this division. We cannot say Swansea & Doncaster / Carlisle have made significant signings or spent heavily so I cannot see why it should be necessary for us. As at Northampton, Colin Calderwood seems to have to out-spend everyone else for success. |

As far as staying up in the prem if we get promoted.....I think changes will have to be made as far as midfield and forwards go, I love Henderson....but I don't know if he's your go to striker for a premiership team. I think they would fare alot better than last season, but first things first and that's to get the up to the prem. I don't want to have to sweat through a playoff either, those first two spots will do just fine ![]()

The game against Carlisle is on TV as well right? I can't get it over here but at least it gives us abit more 'air' time.

As for glory hunting, its fine with me that people have their clubs, but the way the top four act is childish at times. Between Wenger, Fergie, and Rafa....I can't tell which one is the man, they act like babies. I wish Championship sides or smaller clubs would come over here to play a few friendly matches with MLS sides so I could see clubs I want to especially Watford of course. I know QPR would draw huge over here in the States, there are so many of those supporters over here. Getting off track....... ![]()

vCash: 465 | Let's hope so. The game against Carlisle is on TV as well right? I can't get it over here but at least it gives us abit more 'air' time. If all else fails there's always Chang any predictions on the score. Judging from the lack of tickets it will be your biggest of the season, can't wait for it as there should be a cracking atmosphere. |
