Best League outside the top 2 divisions?

What league do you think is best outside the top two division (Permeirship & Champtionship)

I think probably league 2 as itt hardly gets TV coverage but still i think it has some good teams competing in it!

Dutch Leagues, get some quality fixtures in those and the pitches always look top notch
