vCash: 500 | Lennon Snubs Palace Reports in Scotland have stated that Neil Lennon has signed a contract extension to stay at Celtic after it was alleged that Palace offered him a 3 year deal, the captaincy and a guaranteed coaching role. What do the Palace fans think of this? I know a few Celtic fans would have liked Lennon to have left but I am happy that he is staying for 1 more year. |

vCash: 1381 | Good for Celtic! Lennon has been the ball winner and protects the defence with new signing Sno set to replace him it'll will give the youngster some time to settle without any pressure. Another shrewd move by Strachan. He seems to be proving a few doubters wrong with his recent signings and something tells me he's not finished just yet. D'oh |

his legs might be on their way out but at least his brain isn't. Could do with his experience around the place for one more season i suppose. | |

vCash: 500 | Too old for Palace anyway inmho and im not sure why we would want to take him on in a coaching role when we have Kit Symons who is doing a good job already all be it he has gone to manage the reserves to get his badges. If we were to try and push for promotion we would be looking at a new defence unit next season (07/08) so im glad in a way liek a few others he turned us down. And really is isn't a no brainer as Palace offered a coaching role he could have been intresed but uf he wants to stay with Strachen then thats fine and good luck to him. |

vCash: 500 | Palace offered him a coaching role because he is old, he may have 2 seasons max in his legs. I think that he may have just been using the Palace offer to try and get a bigger payday from Celtic too. I would have been surprised if he moved back to the Championship at this stage in his career. I do expect him to move south again when his current contract expires though. |
