Fifa vs Pro Evo

Although i hated it when they chnaged the camera angle bet well get used to it i guess!

Pro Evo 5 was a let down. I still prefer the Pro Evolution series to Fifa though.

Pro Evo 5 is a let down as it really has little difference to 4 except its slower.

Always been a Pro Evo fan. The only draw back was having the names copyrighted.

i have never tried fifa, but pro-evo is amazing, cant believe the mixed response that it has had. fifa mus tbe something good.

am, and have always been, a FIFA fan ... had '01 and '02 on my playstation (RIP), and '04 thru '06 on my xbox. i especially like the current version's "off the ball" controls, and am becoming a killer cross-from-the-wings-for-a-header-into-the-back-of-the-net play, if i do say so myself.

although i wish they'd take out some leagues, and put in some others. if i were CEO of EA ...

What leagues would you want in it?

I know for sure id like a game that focus on non premiership teams in the UK as i think that would be pretty good. Ive just started to play Pro Evo 5 and the gameplay is no where near as easy as FIFA.

maybe it's partly due to the fact that FIFA (and i guess EA for that matter) occupy the majority of the sports gaming niche in the states ... tbh, a couple years ago i never would've known there was such a thing as Pro Evo.

as for leagues, if they're going to include the K-League, FOUR England Leagues, etc, why not the 3 Scottish Football Leagues (to accompany the SPL), or the Eirecom Leagues? granted, this is all wishful thinking in my opinion, and i'm sure there are legal/licensing ramifications to inclusion of so many leagues ... but to be so in-depth and all-inclusive for some, only to not include others, seems a bit "unfair" and unbalanced. my 2 cents ...

Obviously licensing does come into it. It would be nice for them to create a game that does focus on different leagues as you said. Maybe Pro Evo will do that as they have all made up team names due to the copy right laws and deals that have been done with EA.
