MSN Help

Hi Guys. Im seeking a computer expert tonight.

As of recently i havent been getting anything pop up in the bottom right hand corner. (i.e Friends signing on, new emails etc etc) I cant remember messing around on my MSN.

I was wondering if anybody knows of a cure for this problem. I have been accussed of ignoring people recently when they sign on. But as i said. I dont know there online without the little pop up in the bottom.

Any helpers?

Cheers guys.

get Trillian instead? it covers MSN, Yahoo IM, AIM, ICQ and IRC all in one, and it's more secure than MSN Messenger, and more stable.

1) Resart your computer (try it now?)

2) Delete cookies? (try it now?)

3) Delete temporary interent files including offline content (try it now?)

4) Run an anti-virus scan and try to find out the problem/

Hope it helps!

Sorted it out last week but thanks again mate. Got new p.c problem now. Basically viruses have attacked my p.c. Were re formatting tomorrow. Has to be done. Already had a mate look at it doing a Uni course in p.c's and he says nothing we can do. Tried everything.

So thats my new p.c problem.

Your mate is right, there isn't really much else you can do.

If you have more than 1 anti-virus software, it sometimes confuses the sytem and lets viruses in, so that may be a cause.
