Werder Bremen remain 3 points clear after an impressive 6-1 away win against lowly Mainz, champions Bayern Munich move into second spot following a 2-0 win against Eintracht Frankfurt, Schalke 04 slip to third losing 3-0 at Stuttgart who are fourth.

Probably Bayern will come through in the end as usual but I hope Bremen can keep up their good form ,Diego seems to be playing out of his skin right now and he has just earned a recall to the Brazillian squad.

Deigo is saying in the Portuguese press today that he is delighted to be playing for Werder Bremen and he believes he wouldn't have earned a recall to the Brazilian squad had he stayed at Porto.

He plays for Werder Bremen!! oo yer how old is he? is it 26 i think he has a bigger chance to win with Bremen for me.

Not sure how old he is but I think you are right Bremen could challenge Europes elite over the next few years.
