No , he's still there , towards the end of the season there were rumours linking Quaresma with Chelsea & Atletico Madrid but interrest in him seems to have evapourated.

I don't think Man Utd are interrested

Latest I heard was Atletico Madrid are the only team to come in with a firm offer for Quaresma , but he is hoping a bigger club will come in for him .

I have been watching him I think he is definatelly a really good player that belongs in a big club, Similar style of play to Ronaldo

The Record a Portuguese sports newspaper had a story yesterday that Liverpool have offered 20 million euros for Quaresma , don't know if it's true though.

It's the same thing with Simão Sabrosa every summer there are constant stories linking both with big moves away from Portugal but they're both still here.

Because he is in his prime now and if he doesent go to a big club soon than his skills are gonna start to decline.
