Liverpool interested in Giovani Dos Santos!

"Hello,

I can reveal that Liverpool Chiefs have been in contact with Barcelona wigs & have met with the agents of Mexican Giovani Dos Santos.

Liverpool have informed both Dos Santos's agent & officials from Barca that they are willing to pay the required buyout clause of 20 Million.

Barca have asked his agent who is also his father for an emergency meeting, with the intentions of offering Dos Santos a much improved contract.

Barcelona hope that if Dos Santos accepts the agreement it will stave off interest from Liverpool & others.

They also want to put in a new buyout clause of 85 Million.

Dos Santos has been contracted to Barca since he was 13 years old and even back then he was a player many big clubs were aware of & wanted.

He carries a full Spanish passport & so there would be no problems in securing himself a move here in the UK.

Rafa Benitez has known Dos Santos's father Zizinho, for many years & the pair have been friends since Benitez tried to get him to Valencia.

Dos Santos told officials from Barcalona that he wouldnt request a move this summer & he would wait to see how much playing time he got before the January window opens, but with the likes of Ronaldinho, Eto'o, Henry & Messi in the squad he is going to find it hard to get any real playing time.

Zizinho said on Monday of Barca & his son -

"Barca has committed an understandable, but dangerous, error. They've allowed the world to see this diamond without guaranteeing that there is no chance of him being snatched away."

Once again - Liverpool have told both Barca officials and his agent father that they are prepared to pay out the 20 million needed to secure the mexican in January."
