Hargreaves still wants move o manyoo

Owen Hargreaves has once again reiterated his desire to move to Manchester United.

Bayern Munich midfielder Hargreaves almost moved to Old Trafford in the summer after United tabled an offer of around £10 million, but the Germans rejected the bid.

The England international made no secret of the fact he wanted to move to Manchester, leading to a fierce row with the Bundesliga champions.

Now Hargreaves, who suffered a broken leg last month, could be set for another bust-up with his club after repeating his intention to leave the Bavarian capital.

He said: ""The more I play for England, the more top English clubs will see me.

"At the time, I said it would be very interesting for me and it was something I wanted to do. My club had a different view and that is their right. But at the moment I am getting fit and, when I am playing well again, I think those things will arise once more."

Hargreaves hopes to return from injury in November.

"It's a bit of a slow process but the injury is healing well.

"I'm looking forward to getting off the crutches, walking normally and then getting fit after that.

"They say bones heal in six weeks or so and I am in my fourth week now.

"I think another four weeks, hopefully, and then I'll be training once more."

they could need him for a holding midfielder or even as a denfender when players are injured or baned

Yeah but do you splash out 10million plus for a player to use when another is injuried or Banned.

i think Man U don't need him for now but who knows things that will happen after January.

Man U will bought him anyway since nobody's form is certain for a whole long season.

yer he could be the holding midfielder for england instead of lampard with gerrard with him on the left would be joe cold and on the right would be SWP or Bechkam if he came back

I think Manu need him he can play as right back and he can be a holding midfielder and also a central midfielder he has an accurate but not powerfull long range shot
He could supply passes and maybe if he plays at old trafford he can do a little more in england matches

with the signing of Carrick and the resurgence of Scholes do they need him? If they bought him he would be one helluva expensive squad player. Then again with the demands that face United he probably would play more often than not. Do Unitrd fans really see a need for him?

I doubt it. It will surely increse the wage bills for sure. I think the squad don't need him to keep up with current performances.

But if it is to boost the performances in all competitions like what Chelsea did, we need him. Fletcher don't do very well sometimes so it will be a small risk using him as a backup.

Hargreaves will always be a good signing for any Englaish clubs. Just that we don't quite need him now.

It's quite a surprise when only Man U is the only club that is still hanging on to him. He should be a good addition to any clubs.

Shame on Bayern for not letting him go.
