Has Boro lost the plot?

They are supposedly interested in Peter Lovenkrands from Glasgow Rangers. Why do they need him when they have the best left winger in the country now?

Maybe he is being transferred?

Lovenpants is a liability at Rangers.

Overpaid and lazy, I know many Rangers fans who would be glad tosee the back of him. Others though think that maybe Le Guen will be able to get the best out of him.

I'm not so sure.

Ah the enigma that is lovenkrands. it's a curious conundrum this one, on one hand we have a player who can perform at the highest level (5 goals in this season in the champions' league) but on the other a player that under-performs in the S.P.L. However, in his defence he was played out of position for the vast majority his rangers career. So im sure, with the right manager, lovenkrands can be an asset to rangers.

lovenkrands is a centre forward and not a winger! his speed is a great asset,if he is in the right set up he can be brilliant,though his performance down the flanks is very inconsistant!

He truly is a conundrum. i've rarely seen a more inconsistant player.
Must admit his pace is devastating but too often fails to hurt teams with it.
a bit of a prima donna.

i think this Danish bloke would be found out in the premiership me old mucka. you need more than just pace to cut the mustard down here.

by all accounts he's been on the wrong side of 'Adrians wall for a few years and no one's came in for him. kind of tells you something

the english game is over-rated,yous only have 4 teams! we have half the clubs so its natural that we have 2! spain is where the real class is and dont you forget it! plus we know scotland are not world beaters and the scottish league is pants,but we know our place,something the english cannot grasp!
bring on the world cup cos i cant wait to see your usual quarter final loss on penalties,with or without shrek!

have to agree beartons ( check a previous post) La Liga is superior, it's just with sky and all the hype, they would have you believe the Premeorship is the best. Christ, these guys could sell ice to the Eskimos'.
