Rangers Sign a Swede!

Svensson is Rangers manager’s second major signing after the capture of Austria Vienna midfielder Libor Sionko.

Of his transfer to Rangers, Svensson said: “ Rangers are a very big club and I know a lot about them. We get Rangers v Celtic games on TV in Sweden, so I have already seen what it’s like at Ibrox.

“ I know that Jonas Thern and Joachim Bjorkland really enjoyed their time with Rangers and they did well when they were there. I know Henrik will be able to tell me all about Glasgow. I hear it’s a nice place to live and I know he liked it there.”

Oh he sounds great. His hero is Lorenzo Amoruso? He should get on great with wee Barry Ferguson

I think he'll be a great addition to the squad. A captain at 22 suggests wise head on young shoulders. Thats what the team needs a natural leader.
