vCash: 500 | Where Next For Heskey? After relegation from the Premiership this season, a host of Premiership clubs are interested in signing Emile Heskey. It’s thought a bid of around £3 million would be enough to secure the services of the former England striker. Wigan have signalled an interest but may find stiff competition from the likes of Blackburn. It is believed Wigan manager Paul Jewell sees Heskey as an ideal replacement for the potentially departing Jason Roberts who only has 1 year left on his contract. Jewell wants to cash in on Roberts now rather than lose him for nothing next season and a move to Turkish outfit Besiktas has already been touted. The Blackburn option may already be doomed because of poor relations with the St. Andrews club after the Robbie Savage fiasco last year. |

Do you really rate Heskey? He'd make a better rugby player or dj. Altough he may look good his finishing is awful. Hope he goes to the Mackems or teeside. | |

vCash: 500 | I was one of a few people that liked him in the england squad, so i rate him as a good player. Both Wigan and Blackburn would be a good move for him. |

vCash: 500 | He is a very good player that needs the right manager to get the best from him. Martin O'Neill always did when he was at Leicester. I think that he still has a lot to offer. |
