Former Chelsea star player Eidur GUDJOHNSEN wants to return to the English Premier League with Champions Manchester United.

FC Barcelona, the Iceland striker's current club, want to swap Eidur Gudjohnsen for Manchester United's Spanish central defender Gerard Pique.

Gerard Pique has greatly impressed on loan in the Spanish La Liga championship this season with his squad Real Zaragoza.

However, Manchester United Manager Sir Alex Ferguson is thought to want to try to bring the talented Spaniard into his squad for next season to beef up his defense line.

I reckon we should definitely sign eidur and let that defender go because eidur is has what we need right now in a striker and would fit into our manUtd squad perfectly
