vCash: 0 | Newcsastle For Crouch Crouch is an excellent impact player for Liverpool and works great with the team - why would Benitez sell him? Yes, he has to make space for new recruits but the most likely player to be jettisoned should be Robbie Fowler, and I’m not certain Crouch would grumble at being 4th striker at Liverpool as compared to third striker at newcastle (behind Martins and Owen), given that he’ll have a shot at playing in the Champs Lueague with Liverpool. When you mention the Peter Crouch and goal-scoring records in the same breath I’m amazed. He scores goals , whch liverpool need, but he woudlnt adapt to oter clubs. Crouch has a solid technique and a good footballing brain, but this is no star striker - regardless of what Liverpool fans and his Liverpool team-mates think and say. So what do YOU think, this move is fake or real? |

vCash: 465 | fake as newcastle don't really need another striker they have four already so one more won't help us that much, i think crouch is a decent player and if owen or martins go i wouldn't be to upset if we signed him but until that scenario happens then i think it is just paper talk |
