Leaders Schalke lost 1-0 at home to Bayer Leverkusen their first reverse on home soil this season , 2nd placed Stuttgart were held to a 0-0 draw by Hertha Berlin and 3rd placed Werder Bremen also drew 2-2 at Borussia Munchengladbach. Top of the table: 1st Schalke 49 pts, 2nd Stuttgart 45, 3rd Werder Bremen 43, 4th Bayern Munich 40. |
