NY. slightly less chance of getting shot in the street, and they actually have weather.

also, NY is geographically much closer to civilisation.

plus it is an amazing nightlife, their is so much to do.and a load of famous peeps their to hassle.

Both are horrible places to live, my siblings live near LA, fuckin horrible, and I wouldnt dream of living in New York, but then again I live in Cleveland so who am I to criticize lol
