It's Grim up North?

Yes becuase people tend to have a lower quality of life overalll then people living in the South Of England.

The best places in england according to experts who know what they are talking about tend to be in the South of England while the worst places tend to be in North of England.

Hull in North england is allegedlly a dump!
Manchester the current the ASBO capaital of England allegedlly.

There's s*itholes all of over England and likewise decent places all over. Economic history of England tends to mean more of them in the North tho I would venture.

Grim up north? Well, that's what Southerners reckon but we have the friendliest people in England up North and we have proper scenery nearby with real hills and stuff, not just flat landscape!
