well, Scotland don't have too bad a group - especially compared to the Euro qualifiers. only really Holland to look out for - we've beat them before, we can do it again.

meanwhile, England have their best buddies Croatia again!

Once again the draw has been kind to England , despite recent history I think they'd rather face Croatia again than the likes of Germany , Italy or France , I think Scotland who were in amognst the second seeds along with England have it much tougher facing the Dutch & Norway , I think pool 2 with Greece as the top seeds looks very week

you can't underestimate the Ukrainians, they're a good side. plus Andorra held England for over 50 minutes last time.

either way, England will need to up their game considerably.

I think the winner of this world cup will most likely not come from Europe because they never win it back to back

there's always a chance as for england we should qualify but then we should have qualified for the euro's so i'm taking nothing for granted

Either way you will still most likely get knocked out by Portugal in the round of 16 if you qualify.

depends if we get drawn against them but i would be suprised if we got past the last sixteen, but with a new manager you never know and with the dissappointment of the euro's it might get some players to start performing better for their country

I've noticed Lampard has been playing a much much more central role for Chelsea this season and Gerrard has been playing as a supporting striker to Torres, Maybe this could finally work?

rooney needs to play in the hole really but he did well on his own against switzerland so the idea has it's merits
