Your opinions of the New Wembley Stadium!

I would rather the new wembley stadium was like the Ann Arbor stadium (USA) becuase it holds 107,000 all-seated compared to the New Wembley Stadium's all-seated capacity of 90,000 all-seated.

The New Wembley Stadium!

Great stadium but I don't think it is worth the £800 million it allegedlly cost to build.

Stevens, do you actually understand the meaning of the word 'allegedly'? because i've seen you use it a number of times, and not one of them has been entirely within context.

it's not an allegation that Wembley cost that much. it's a fact. well, it cost £798M, to be more accurate, but the point stands.

Your opinions of the New Wembley Stadium

Looks great but could have done with a retractable roof over the whole of the pitch to improve the stadiums atmosphere.

The New Wembley Stadium!

I prefer the Millennium Stadium to the New Wembley Stadium as

(a) I think it has a better Location than the New Wembley Stadium
(b) When the Millenium Stadium's retractable roof over the whole of the pitch ids fully closed it has a better atmosphere than the New Wembley Stadium has!
(c) Nobody has died becuase of the Millennium Stadium but a work man was killed while building the new Wembley Stadium!

Plus the fans are less ripped of at the Millennium Stadium for merchandise at the ground than at the ne Wembely Stadium.

The new Wembley Stadium is an overrated snobbishly run 'white elephant' of a football Stadium with little soul.
For all the resources it has had spent on it I am dissapointed as the New Wembley is not as good as the Nou Camp in Barcelona.

Retractble roof's over the hole of the pitch are the future.
(i) They improve atmosphere when fully closed compared to uncovered stadia.
(ii) Prevent the weather ruining events.
(ii) Allow the stadium to stage more events than outdoor stadia can stage.

PS Why do we need a New Wembley Stadium when there will be in 2012 the 80,000 all-seated Olympic stadium in Stratford that could stage all events the New Wembley Stadium is going to stage but have saved the cost and finaicial burden to the Football Association of the new Wembley Stadium.

The New Wembley stadium is a waste of time money and space.
Cup Finals are better at the Millennium Stadium than Wembley Stadium.

My favourite Stadium is the Louis Spiros Stadium in Athens!
