vCash: 500 | Eriksson Adopts England and Fans Sven Goran Eriksson has told of his feeling for his adopted nation and his desires for the fans. Eriksson will travel to their camp in Baden Baden in Germany soon as he takes England into their last tournament with the Swede in charge. Sven was quoted as saying "I am desperate to win the trophy for you. "The support you have given me since my first game in the job has been very special. "You have made me feel English. I am proud to wear the Three Lions. "Lying ahead of us is the biggest challenge in football. "I am so determined to achieve something special and I see no reason at all why we can't." He added "When you know that over the next few weeks everybody will be watching the England team, you realise more than ever what a privilege it is to have this post. "To have the entire nation behind you is an amazing feeling and you should not underestimate how special that makes England in football. "I have lived and managed in different countries in Europe but the love you have here for the game and for England takes my breath away." Eriksson contract will expire after the World Cup when Steve McLaren will take over as England boss. England are heading to Germany with a excellent recent form which has seen them score 17 goals in 6 games and 6 victories to boot. Confidence seems high in the England camp. |

vCash: 700 | Is this attempt to get the fans to be the 12th man in games. Or does he actually mean it. He never usually gets animated in games and does seem to lack passion occasionally? Have England fans really been happy with him? Reasonable record but not delivered the big cahoona. |
