Brazil Vs Croatia

Are they as good as people have been claiming? Is it all due to Ronaldo and his lost dummy?

They were poor and lucky, if Croatia equalised I doubt Brazil could have come back. Though when Robinho came on it gave them a bit extra.

Would you still have them as favourites?

yes they were poor,Brazil are always poor in the first game! infact most big teams have been poor! croatia are a very hard team to beat, and i thought they played brilliant! Brazil will get better, though id take that hasbeen Ronaldo to the airport, lazy, spoilt and unprofessional! Brazil are still my favourites but im not as confident going by that performance,at the same time ive enjoyed the world cup,but not seen any world beaters as yet! im sure they will improve, bloody hope so! lol

well that was an anti-climax. can't believe how lacklustre Brazil were. Croatia were unlucky as i thought they had the best chances.
Being a Scot i was kind of rooting for them, after all they were serious underdogs plus it wouldn't have been any less than Brazil deserved for that performance.
In saying that i was bricking it a little near the end, after all i had most of my vcash riding on the samba boys

I had my whole bank on Brazil and I thought that I was out the tournament in the second half.

Was very disapointed with the game, not what you expect from the samba boys-did see Ronaldo run once tho,and that was when he came off to be subbed...

I will see you later for the game, turn the volume down and let the beartons go.

Do you still think that Brazil are as likely to win the world cup though?

Brazil showed fleeting touches of magic but on that form a more clinical team will take them apart.
with teams like Brazil, France and Englnad nothing more than mediocre, this really is an open tourney. proabaly the best chance the likes of Holland, the Czechs and Spain have of winning the thing
