In Asian Cup 3-4th place, Korea managed to beat Japan in penalty-shootout.
Though Korea had one man sent-off and they managed to beat Japan.

I think Korea is ovciously better than Japan in football.

Id say they are about as evenly waited as one another although I would suggest that japanese football is on the rise whilst Korean football has been spiralling since the world cup

IMO, Korean football is still ahead of Japan though Korea was declining after wc.
