There is a lot of great ODI batsmen but personally i say the best ODI batter at the moment is Matthew Hayden.He was the key to Austrailias success in the world cup in March,Also worth a shout is kevin Pietersen, Questionably Englands best batter at the moment. |

vCash: 465 | true but if you look at recent history esp then when a good batter becomes captin there form struggles with the bat look at atherton, goocg and vaughn all quality batsman and then when they were given the nod their batting suffered |

vCash: 500 | If your just a batsman u can focus on one thing but if your a captain aswell then you have two things to focus on ,Some people cope with it quite well,The likes of Ricky Ponting who is the best captain in cricket at the moment. |
