vCash: 480 | What do you mean by pointless it has just as much point as any other sport. Personally I enjoy the endurance of it watching a bowler slowly sumjming up a batsman and viewing his weaknesses and in the batter's case his growing confidence and observation of the field. |

vCash: 500 | pointless,as in i don't see the point. certainly doesn't entertain me. just don't see it as a major spectator sport. don't think we really get it up here. should stay in little villages where it belongs and where i can really see the popint of it. in fact i can totally understand its attraxction in that context |

vCash: 726 | watching cricket bores the hell out of me. also, i don't understand half the rules, and have no plans to learn. admittedly, it was quite good when we played it in PE at school. mainly because it was basically an hour of sitting in the sun. i i did was wait for a wee red ball to come rolling towards me, at which point i got up off my arse, jogged after it, picked it up and flung it back, attempting to hit one of the guys with the bats. |

vCash: 500 | Most Scots see it as an excuse for fans to sit in the sun for a few hours and get pissed. Have you seen the crowds at local games? That is what really annoys the hell out of me, the television coverage it recieves is phenomenal and there is no one there. And while I am at it, when England won the Ashes by default they turned up pissed to meet the Prime Minister and everyone thought it was cool. Does anyone else not believe that this is wrong??? What sort of example are you setting for people? It is totally fine to meet the most important person in the country pished? No wonder there is a drinking problem in Britain. |
