The Championship
Super League
Scottish Premier League
Guniness Premiership
County Cricket Championship

Reasons why. Well Rugby is my second favourite sport. Cricket is my 3rd Favourite and Football is my 4th and dear god i do hate Rugby League.

the Championship offers some fine football action, but the main reason it beats the SPL into first is because the SPL is run by a bunch of backstabbing bastards. six thousand seats? SIX THOUSAND?!?!?! wankers!

anyroad, Guinness is brilliant, and Cricket is rubbish, so the Super League slots in between them by default. yes.

SPL for me only due to Celtic playing there. But for a better standard of football from all the teams the Championship has it has to be.

the championship. as i've said before , the best second tier division in world club football. and it's still British in it's style. still see some good old fashioned crunching tackles. a league for men!!

I'm startting to think it might be an idea to merge the Championship and the SPL but I'm not sure how the logistics would work

this is a bit of a loaded question. You cant compare the spl and the championship to leagues in other sports. The championship is probobly an all round better standard of football. However you would have to say that the old firm and hearts would romp that league. the thing is, after these three teams there is a major drop off in the quality of teams in the spl. As for cricket and rugby, you can keep them both. Cricket is the most boring activity in the world.

There were plenty of mutterings about this a few years ago, Celtic and Rangers to join the Championship. At the moment English leagues are doing fine but that may change in the future.

Celtic and Rangers would gain promotion from that league within a season

The Championship as it has more money and better players and more competition betqween sides and higher average attendance per season compared to the other competitions plus it gets three teams from the FA Premier League relegated into it each year.

The Championship is the best?

It has the biggest crowds and is more exiting than the SPL.

I find Rugby League Super League very interesting to watch far more compettiive and bright than the dull SPL.

Prehaps the SPL and county championship could copy the razmataz fireworks of Rugby League Super League!
