Petrov to leave Celtic

Will Stan Petrov leave Celtic? if he does where will he end up? Personally i think he's easily good enough to play for any of the top premiership sides, not your wee diddy sides like Bolton, Spurs etc.....

If he does go, how much? in todays market got 2 b worth £10m, especially as Barry Ferguson (just choked) went for around £6m

in the end i hope he stays but can't see it and i'd have no complaints if he does go, as we've had our moneys' worth:

You might say Bolton & Spurs may be a bad choice for Petrov but he is sure to get a game there for starters, he would be warming the bench at clubs like Man U and Chelsea.

Can't see him going for anything more than £6M TBH, take a look at what happened to Boumsong. He looked world class at Rangers but quite frankly he is a liability at Newcastle.

Petrov is far too good for a diddy league like the SPL and should follow Terry Butcher to Australia as even this would be a step up in class. Spurs and Bolton Diddy teams? Only a diddy could say something like that!!1

Ouch! He has stated he fancies the Premiership but there are many rumours that Bayern Munich have targeted him as Ballack's replacement. I don't see him in that class though.

Well you have nailed your colours to the mast with that envious little jibe my friend. me thinks you could be a supprter of one of these little 'diddy teams', like Bolton, Motherwell or even worse Aberdeen .
You have point about the SPL all the same.

There are no diddy teams only diddy leagues. You Old Firm fans make may laugh with your convincing arguments motivated by religous bigotry. Conspiracy theorists unite.
