Paul Le Guen

What do you think about Rangers' chances next season under Le Guen?

Many Rangers fans I speak to think the next seasons' league is already wrapped up. As far as I know he has made one signing and stated that he will be using Scottish players more than French players.

Here I was thinking that some class may have been brought into the Scottish game...

Le Guen's challange

They should present more of a challange to Celtic, if anything, next season. Le Guen certainly does possess an impressive c.v. and seems to have more tactical knowledge and ability than his predecessor.

Certainly the capture of Le Guen puts the ball in Celtic's court and increases the pressure on Strachan to sign top quality players as the Rangers squad is sure to improve and therefore provide a stiffer challange than last season.

Le Guen record is to buy young players and bring them on the Lyon team he left had an a avaerage age of 24. The word amongst Rangers fans is that he has around £10million to spend on 5 or 6 new players. You can't get real quality for that money.

Second rate eastern europeans and unproven british or central european players. Over the last 10 years only 3 or 4 of these signings have have proved succesful.

Anyone know his prefered formation?

They are Henrik Larsson , Dado Prso, Gio Van Bronkhurst. Can't think of any more.

As usual the league will be decided on the games between Celtic/Rangers/Hearts as everyone else's chances should be written off already!!!

It is about time someone challenged the Old Firm.

So are Hearts supported by neutrals in Scotland or what?
