Jarosik 'Czechs' in at Parkhead

Celtic have signed Jiri Jarosik on a three year deal.
Personally i think this is great signing and is a real signal of intent from Strachan on the kind of player he wants at the club.
Jarosik not only has Champions League experience but can also boast a goal against the sons of Satan while playing for CSKA. we love him already

Have to agree, I wasn't too sure what was going to happen with the midfeild with losing Keano and possibly Petrov as well. But i think this is a bit more like it and i have to admit i did enjoy the clip of the goal he scored against "them" on the news. Hopefully its a good habbit of his. Good signing, Keep 'em coming Gordon!

He played a stormer in the Chelsea Vs CSKA game a while back in the CL, which is mainly why Mourinho signed him.

He is obviously low on confidence right now and I hope that we can see the best of him.

Quality buy for Celtic. How much did they pay? Or was he another Bosman?

There are reports that he paid £1M, while others are at £2M - £3M.

I think it must have been close to £2M

Jarosik must either have huge gambling debts or he is carrying an injury.

Why would a player of this quality sign for Celtic surely he had other options to consider.

Maybe European football was the attraction.

Was he a Bosman or did Celtic pay a fee for him?
