Hearts midfielder Paul Hartley could miss the club's Champions League qualifier later this month because of a persistent groin injury. The 29-year-old has been unable to take part in pre-season training in Austria. The first leg of the second qualifying round tie against either Shakhtyor or Siroki Brijeg is on 26 July.

Hearts will struggle without him, he is by far their best player and will need him for these tricky ties.
