Portsmouth have increased their bid for Celtic midfielder Stilian Petrov. The 27-year-old Bulgaria international midfielder is keen to move to the Premiership club but Celtic rejected Portsmouth's initial offer.

to be honest if he was with a club in the Premiership or la Liga for example, he wouldn't go for anything less than £10m. in todays' market i think he's worth it. They should hold out for more than £6m

If Celtic do get a reasonable amount of cash for him, i think they should wait off before they spend it, not that the boards likely to release it anyway. they should keep the money because Stan Petrov is goin to do exactly the same thing as barry ferguson did. He's going to go to shitty premiership[ side then realise what a mistake he's made. He'll be playing in front of 30.000 supporters at fratton park i8n an overated leaugue instead of playing in those world famous champions league nights at Celtic Park. Then he'll want to come back, and say that he missed the fans.
